Note: The renter must be a PPCA member in good standing to rent the facility. Available on a first come, first serve basis, up to a year in advance of rental date
2 Rental Options
1. STANDARD ($200 Security Deposit & $500 Rental Fee)
- Fridays & Saturdays 1-10pm (set up time is flexible)
- 1st & 3rd Saturday is a shared rental 1-10pm (set up time is flexible) The pool will be open to the members from 10am-3pm. Your event cannot start until after 3:30pm when all the members vacate the premises.
- Sundays 8am-5pm

Must Read!
- To have an event at this facility, the renter is required to have general liability insurance coverage. The renter can obtain this coverage through either their homeowners insurance company or request a quote online through www.eventhelper.com. You can find more information on page 1 of the rental contract under "General Liability Insurance."

Next Steps.
- To inquire about available date(s), please email the PPCA Representative at ppcahawaii@gmail.com.
- A PPCA Representative will reply back for available date(s).
- Once a date is chosen, PPCA Representative will tentatively hold that date for 5 business days, email you a copy of the rental contract. Once you receive the contract, please complete the contract, renter must check off the appropriate boxes for rental. If the renter is not the member, then the member must sign and date all pages of the contract and email to ppcahawaii@gmail.com. Renter can get more information on the rental contract on the security deposit and rental fee payment.
- The liability insurance document from the insurance company can be emailed to us prior to your rental date. See Contact page for mailing address
- Make a copy of page 6, HPD Special Duty form. Form needs to be filled out by renter and the officer at your event and emailed to ppcahawaii@gmail.com after your event.
